1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AnyAngel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use of Service

AnyAngel is a startup-support platform where verified founders raise small non-equity contributions, resources, and belief from Little Angels around the world. You agree to:

  • Use the service legally and ethically
  • Not share your account with third parties
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Provide accurate information in the campaigns you create and the contributions you make
  • Not use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful fundraising

3. Privacy and Data

We take your data privacy seriously. Your account and contribution data are protected with strong encryption. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and CCPA. We never sell your data or share it with third parties except as required to operate the platform (for example, payment processing).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials of AnyAngel are the property of AnyAngel, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

AnyAngel is a startup-support infrastructure — not an investment platform, broker-dealer, or financial advisor. Contributions are non-equity support payments: they are not tax-deductible donations and not securities or investments, and they grant no equity, shares, financial return, or ownership rights. We are not responsible for the outcome of any startup or for how founders use the funds they raise. Please do your own due diligence before contributing.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
