To the first believers,
AnyAngel was born from a very real founder problem: sometimes a startup does not need a venture round. Sometimes it needs a few hundred dollars to keep the server running, a few thousand dollars to attend the right conference, a trusted introduction, a legal hour, a translation, a designer, a mentor, or simply enough belief to keep going one more month.
Building in the earliest phase showed me how invisible friction can become existential. A founder can have a real product, a real mission, a real market and still be blocked by small gaps that traditional funding systems do not see. Venture capital is designed for scale. Angel investing is designed for financial upside. Grants are slow. Family and friends are unequal. Crowdfunding is usually built around products, rewards or securities. Between all of those models there is an emotional and financial void: the moment when a founder is not yet obvious to the world but is still worth believing in.
AnyAngel exists for that moment.
The idea is not to turn everyone into an investor. It is to let anyone become a first believer. It is to create a trusted place where small acts of support can become visible, cumulative and meaningful. It is to build a world where helping a startup is not reserved for wealthy angels, venture funds or insiders with access to private deal flow.
This is not charity in the traditional sense. This is not investment in the legal sense. This is participation in the creation of the future. A Little Angel does not ask, "How much equity do I get?" A Little Angel says, "I helped this exist."
If AnyAngel works, it will not only move money. It will move confidence, belonging, trust and opportunity. It will make it easier for founders to survive the fragile middle between idea and traction. It will also give supporters a public record of the innovation they helped unlock.

Contributions to startups on AnyAngel are non-equity support payments — they are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and they carry no equity, shares, financial return or ownership rights unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific qualifying structure.
